Our Story
At SPG Filters, we believe that access to clean, safe drinking water is a fundamental human right—yet worldwide, millions still lack reliable filtration solutions. Founded in 2023 by environmental activits Dan Terrell and his team, our company was born from a shared frustration: too many families were forced to choose between health and convenience, relying on single-use plastic bottles or outdated, inefficient filter systems.
During a volunteer trip to a rural community in Guatemala, Dan witnessed first-hand the daily struggle to find potable water. He saw children missing school days due to water-borne illnesses, and parents spending precious income on bottled water. Determined to create a practical, sustainable solution, Dan teamed up with materials scientists and local artisans to design a modern ceramic filter that’s both affordable and highly effective. Back home, they turned a small garage-workshop into the prototype lab for what would become Stay Pure Global. Now with Individual, whole house and commercial systems sourced from around the world and designed in house, SPG can offer a solution for every situation and create bespoke systems for even the most demanding clients.
